My shipment was in Memphis Tn (about 2 hours away) Oct 31st and scheduled for delivery on Nov 4th. It didn't come so I tracked again on the 5th and it's in Iowa with no scheduled delivery date.. I won't ever use FedEx again and will be sure to let everyone know about this. More...

FedEx Cupertino Office Ship Center Consumer Complaint
Yesterday, I went to ship an international letter at 10061 S De Anza Blvd Cupertino CA. There were 6 persons in the line. It took about 45 minutes to get the service personal. But at payment time hit an issue, none of my credit cards is accepted. I tried three cards: Mastercard, Visa and Amex Express. Definite this is not the credit card issue, because I used later last night. So I wasted more than an hour at the shipping center and achieve nothing. Very disappointed with the service, I will send my envelope with USPS instead. More...
